Enterprise development

AIS offers tailored business development and entrepreneurship training and mentorship to MSEs and start-ups that provide green energy commercial business solutions. AIS supports by sharing commercial best practices to build the enterprises core competencies and improve their competitiveness.

Our enterprise development support focuses on two types of enterprises.

(i) Micro and small enterprises

Our strategy is to strengthen local MSEs in the informal sector that exhibit the minimum ability to accumulate skills, along with the initiative to unlock their full potential to become fully integrated into the formal economy. We facilitate their access to business resources, financial services, skills development, innovative operational approaches, and reach to markets.

(ii) Green energy commercial start ups

AIS supports entrepreneurs with green business ideas prepare and organize their innovation which challenge current business models for commercial set up. We provide boot camp training in collaboration with ClimateLaunchpad – which is the world’s largest green business ideas competition.
