farmers and transform agriculture into a thriving, sustainable industry. Over the past decade, AIS
has made significant strides toward realizing this vision, touching the lives of countless
individuals and communities.
Today, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we reflect on our incredible achievements and valuable
lessons and exciting plans that have shaped our journey.

Training for Success
One of AIS’s core pillars of success has been its dedication to education and training. Through
Through the Wezesha program, AIS has equipped over 1,000 farmers with the knowledge, skills, and
tools to elevate their farming practices. These training programs cover various aspects of
agriculture, including:
- Climate-Smart Farming: AIS recognizes the pressing challenges of climate change and has
been at the forefront of training farmers in climate-smart agricultural practices. Farmers are
learning to adapt to changing weather patterns, conserve resources, and reduce their
environmental footprint. - Sustainable Farming Techniques: Sustainability is the key to the future of agriculture. AIS has
been instrumental in promoting sustainable farming techniques, such as organic farming,

Over the past decade, We’ve witnessed incredible growth, resilience, and innovation within AIS
and the communities we serve. These ten years have taught us the power of kindness, the
necessity of embracing innovation and the importance of starting small. We’ve learned that
Purpose, teamwork, and unwavering values are the cornerstones of success. Asking boldly,
Leaning on support networks and aiming higher have been our guiding principles. As we
celebrate this milestone, we’re not only looking back with gratitude but also forward with even
greater ambition and commitment to our mission.
